Appointment Policies
Appointment Bookings
Credit Cards are required to book an appointment. No charges will be made to your card unless you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice. There is a 15 minute grace period because we know things happen but if late to appointement for longer that 15 minutes appointments will have to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Consultations are free and will be scheduled for 15 - 30 mins to review your hair’s history, hair goals, discuss the technical aspect of your hair (texture, Current levels, Etc.) and a possible test strand. All first time clients are required to book a free consultation before any services will be provided. Multiple appointments might be needed to meet your goals.
Cancellations, No-Show & Late Policy
No-shows and Cancellation within 24 hours
No-shows and Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of booked services. To avoid any cancellation fees, please call or text EOY Salon via (801) 477-7352 hours or more before your appointment. Your appointment is cancelled upon confirmation from the Salon.
Late
If you are running late to your appointment please let EOY Salon know via a call or Text at (801) 477-7352. We may need to reschedule your appointment and reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for your services booked.
Appointment Reminders
48 hours before your appointment you will receive a reminder text about your appointment. This is a good time to contact EOY Salon if your plans have changed and you can no longer make your appointment to avoid all fees. Please make sure you update your phone number with the salon so you do not miss your reminder text.
Refunds and Guest Safety
Refunds
All Sales on services, products, and gift cards are final. If you are unhappy with a service please contact EOY Salon via (801) 477-7352.
We guarantee our services and appreciate your business and would like the opportunity to fix/adjust any dissatisfaction with our services.
EOY Salon has the right to refuse service to any clients.
Child and Guest Safety
For the safety of everyone please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Pets are not allowed in the building unless they are service animals.
Covid - 19
EOY Salon and Rogers Premium Suites are taking all necessary precautions by increasing our cleaning of all surfaces between clients.
Masks are required for all clients that are not vaccinated to follow the CDC guidelines. A mask will be provided by request.
Cards, Apple Pay, and Android pay are our preferred payment methods at this time.
